I have been a member here for a little over a year; the classes and coaching are fantastic. I mainly take CrossFit and Krav Maga, but several other excellent programs such as Brazilian Jujitsu, Strikefit, Muai Thai and Yoga are available. Aside from noticing a huge improvement in my lifting, the warm, friendly atmosphere has meant that I've also made good friends here. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
