Emily Ward

Emily says she hardly even knew what a sport was until a spontaneous trip to Thailand had her falling in love with Muay Thai. She now has a fight under her belt and she's continued training for over 3 years. Knowing first-hand the confidence that comes from fitness and combat sports, she jumped at the chance to teach StrikeFit courses with Alliance. She hopes as an instructor is to build student's self-assurance, passion, and the ability to kick butt.

I have been a member here for a little over a year; the classes and coaching are fantastic. I mainly take CrossFit and Krav Maga, but several other excellent programs such as Brazilian Jujitsu, Strikefit, Muai Thai and Yoga are available. Aside from noticing a huge improvement in my lifting, the warm, friendly atmosphere has meant that I've also made good friends here. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
