Sarah Whitman

SARAH WHITMAN is a certified StrikeFit instructor and has been teaching since 2013. She has taught StrikeFit and kickboxing classes in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. A former cheerleader and soccer player, she has always had an interest in fitness for herself and others. Sarah is a Blue Belt in Krav Maga and also trains Muay Thai. She has undergraduate degrees in both sociology and psychology, and she has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from USC.

Nicky O'Byrne

I have been a member here for a little over a year; the classes and coaching are fantastic. I mainly take CrossFit and Krav Maga, but several other excellent programs such as Brazilian Jujitsu, Strikefit, Muai Thai and Yoga are available. Aside from noticing a huge improvement in my lifting, the warm, friendly atmosphere has meant that I've also made good friends here. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
